My new boots



Today I got my OWN BOOTS For horse-back-ridding at brother laga's house. I am so exited!
I am going to learn how to take good care of horses and hens. I am going to ride a horse named Rooster. Rooster is a funny name isent it? I almost forgot! I am going to brother laga' house on friday 2008 oct 3rd good by!

I love animals

The animals I love are a horse a dog a gote a chick a duck a piglit a gragh and a lizerd.I like fish well . . . to eat.

School days

The 1st thing I do is eat at school. The 2nd thing I do is DOL (fix all the mistakes in a sentence) and DOM (math problems). The 3rd thing I do workbooks. The 4th thing is go to recess. This is my favorite part of the day. Then we come in for centers. These are computers, reading alone, workbook, activity, reading with the teacher and snacks. Then we have lunch and recess again. Sometimes we have music, P.E., and library. I wish we had art class also, but we don't. Then we have math, science and writing. That is my day at school!! I ride the bus home with my friend Jesse (she lives two buildings down) and sister Isabel. I sit with these two most of the time. When I get home mom always has a treat for us. That's it!!

About Me

My name is Grace Mckenzie Hurst. I was born in Boise, Idaho on June 4, 2001. I love Hannah Montana and the Jonas Brothers. I like to climb trees and draw. I like ponies. I like to play with my cousins Karly and Lauren. I am excited to be in 2nd grade this year and to make new friends this year.

Last Day of Summer Vacation

Today is the last day of summer vacation so we did something fun as a family. We went to the movies and saw Space Chimps!! It was really funny!

I picked out my clothes for the first day of school. I am wearing my new Hannah Montana shirt that Mom and Isabel picked out for me. I am in the same class as my friend Jesse down the street too! I am excited to meet new friends.
